Werkend principe
The mist shower room forms a low-flow wet mist that can envelop the micro-particles of API powder that pollute the work clothes and continuously coalesce into large material particles. The high speed airflow ( Greater than or equal to 25m/s) around the large particle material will prevent the dust particles from contacting the droplets, while the small droplets of micro particles can easily make the micro dust particles coalesce. Large particles of material are precipitated on the filter surface or in the dirt collection tray by high-speed airflow ( Greater than or equal to 25m/s). It achieves generation of 510μm droplets and rapidly reaches air saturation. It wets all surfaces and forms water droplets on clothing. As time passes the water droplets slowly increase in size until they gently roll off the clothing.
Werkproces
